Arrival time
Virginie and Jean-Philippe welcome you between 5 and 7 pm every day. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, we thank you to specify it at the time of the reservation or, at the latest, the day before your arrival so that we can organize it.
Breakfast
We serve breakfast between 8:30 and 10 am. If you have a time constraint that requires you to have breakfast earlier, please let us know and we will try to find a solution for you.
Check-out time
You must vacate your room by 11am at the latest. If you do not respect this time, you will be charged an additional night.
Parking and electrical recharging
A private, uncovered parking lot within the property is available for your use. Two parking spaces with free access to charging stations are available for electric vehicles. You will be asked to vacate the space as soon as the charging is complete so that other travelers can enjoy it as well.
Pets
We love pets, as evidenced by the presence of our little dwarf spitz Roxy. The structure of the property allows us to accept only small dogs, after prior validation at the time of booking.
No smoking in the building
For security reasons and for the comfort of all, smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and in the common areas. Ashtrays are available on your garden furniture.
Meals not allowed in the rooms
Snacks, picnics and meals are not allowed in the rooms.
Access to the pool in season
The swimming pool is accessible every day during the opening period (May to September) between 10am and 7pm. Swimming is not supervised. Therefore, minors must be accompanied by their parents and/or an adult with authority, who are solely and exclusively responsible for their care and supervision.
We reserve the right to forbid access to the pool in case of doubt about the quality of the water.
More generally, the guests commit themselves to scrupulously respect any indication and any instruction of the owner as for the access and the use of the swimming pool area.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Your reservation on our website is only effective after the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the price of the stay, payable by credit card online. Payments via our website are fully secured. The balance is payable 3 days before the beginning of the stay by credit card online. The extras are to be paid on the spot at the end of your stay, by credit card or in cash.
If you have to cancel your stay :
- We will refund the full amount of the deposit if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date;
- The 30% deposit is retained if the cancellation occurs between 4 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In case of cancellation within 3 days before the arrival date, Le Clos Marcamps will charge you 100% of the amount of the reservation.
